We are looking to hire a creative, strategic and dynamic individual to join our team as the Marketing Strategy Manager. In this role, you will play a critical role in developing and shaping the marketing strategies for our companies and brands to drive marketing initiatives and help achieve business objectives effectively. You are expected to have a firm grip and understanding of the marketing principles, brand positioning, aesthetics and how to translate business needs and requirements into actionable plans for execution. While we have dedicated SEO and Social Media teams for their relevant tasks, your primary focus will be on generating the right requirements for the business and coordinating execution with the digital marketing team and other departments or the senior leadership team when necessary.
Your primary focus will be on building and executing strategic marketing plans for each of our companies/brands, ensuring alignment with our overall business objectives and brand identity. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, making it ideal for someone who is creative and analytical.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for brand growth and differentiation.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for each of our company’s brands, focusing on brand identity and positioning along with brand awareness and the required aesthetics.
- Collaborate with senior leadership team and business unit heads to understand business needs and objectives to translate them into clear and actionable marketing strategies and plans.
- Work closely with the digital marketing team to oversee the implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels like social media, email, website, etc.
- Provide guidance and direction to the digital marketing team, ensuring that strategies and tactics are in line with business objectives, target market and brand identity.
- Act as the main point of contact for coordinating marketing efforts with other departments or senior leadership teams, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment.
- Define, monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Continuously assess market trends, customer preferences and competitive landscape to update relevant marketing strategies and tactics.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the senior leadership team and business unit heads on marketing performance and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing roles, with a strong understanding of marketing principles, brand management and strategy development.
- A proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business results and growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience working with digital marketing channels and platforms.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
